How to find your life-path number

Add the digits of your full birth date until you get a single digit (1-9). For example, March 14, 1990:

3 + 1 + 4 + 1 + 9 + 9 + 0 = 27 → 2 + 7 = 9

Note: in some traditions, master numbers (11, 22, 33) are kept as-is rather than reduced. We'll cover those at the end.
