Sun · weekday Sunday

The mantra

ॐ ह्रां ह्रीं ह्रौं सः सूर्याय नमः

oṃ hrāṃ hrīṃ hrauṃ saḥ sūryāya namaḥ

In English letters

Om Hraam Hreem Hraum Sah Suryaya Namaha

How to say it

Hraam rhymes with "brahm". Hreem rhymes with "cream". Hraum rhymes with "how" with an m closing it. Sah is short, like "suh". Suryaya is soor-yaa-ya. Namaha ends open, na-ma-ha, not "namah".

Sunday, at sunrise, before you eat, facing east. One mala of 108. A full anushthana runs to 7,000 repetitions, usually completed inside forty days.

All nine side by side on the navagraha beej mantras in English page. Which one your own chart is asking for depends on which graha is under pressure in it, so generate a free kundali and ask Acharya on the chart itself. Free, and in your own language.
