Questions that come up often
- How do I delete my account?
- Settings, then delete account. It runs immediately and cannot be undone. Your profile, birth details, saved charts and Acharya history go at the moment you confirm, with no grace period and nothing held back.
- My chart does not look right.
- Almost always the birth time. A few minutes moves the lagna and shifts every house with it, and a remembered time is often rounded to the hour. Check the time on your birth certificate first, correct it in Settings, and the chart recomputes. If it still looks wrong, write to us with your birth details and say what you expected.
- Is Vidhata free?
- Yes. The chart, the panchang, the muhurat finder, matching and the mantra library cost nothing, and you get free questions to Acharya every day. There are no ads.
- I am not getting daily notifications.
- Check that notifications are allowed for Vidhata in your phone settings, since Android and iOS both ask once and remember the answer. If they are allowed and still nothing arrives, tell us which phone you use and we will look.
